1. Orders & Pricing

All prices are in USD unless stated otherwise and are subject to confirmation in our written quotation. Orders are confirmed upon receipt of payment or signed order confirmation.

2. Payment

Payment terms are agreed per order (commonly T/T bank transfer, 100% in advance or negotiable for regular customers).

3. Shipping & Delivery

Lead times and shipping methods are confirmed per order. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs or force majeure.

4. Warranty

Products carry the warranty stated in the quotation. Warranty covers manufacturing defects; it does not cover misuse, unauthorized modification or normal wear.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos and product information, is the property of VTRAXX CHINA LTD. unless otherwise noted.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes shall be resolved through friendly negotiation first.
